This wild fermented cider was crafted using only the wild yeast that is found naturally on the apple skins. It was pressed during the fall harvest of 2018 and utilized locally grown Winesap, Macintosh, Arkansas Black, Baldwin, and Russet apples. It has a big bold flavor with a nice round finish. The color is a pale blond that is slightly hazy. The carbonation is slight to moderate. This was one of my favorite blends from 2018.
