A blend inspired by historic cider apples, the apples used to make this cider are some of the oldest and most famous cider apples in America. The 2020 vintage contains Ashmead’s Kernel, Winesap, Baldwin, Dabinett, Newtown Pippin, and Spitzenburg apples. The apples were harvested in the fall of 2020 and slowly fermented in the cold cellars of the Easthampton Cider Project over the winter of 2020/2021. In the spring of 2021 this cider was bottled and cellar-matured until the spring of 2022 when it was released for sale. These bottles are available now so make sure to get yours!
