The Experimental Reserve line embodies the creative spirit of ECP where I am free to experiment with all different types of fermentations in super-small batches. Most of the batches in the Experimental line will be 5 gallons or less. When I play around with a fermentation and it comes out exceptionally delicious, I will offer it for sale under this label. Due to the nature of the small batch sizes, once the bottles sell out, they will be gone. These bottles are currently being sold at the Easthampton Farmers Market and the Chicopee Farmers Market.
